高效液相色谱法检测水产品中抗生素药物残留

目的:建立了同时检测水产品中土霉素、四环素、氯霉素、金霉素残留量的检测方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,利用Mellvmince-EDTA缓冲溶液提取,ODS-C18固相萃取柱净化,乙腈-磷酸二氢钠为流动相,以350 nm为检测波长,0.85 ml/min流速,梯度洗脱。结果:本方法在0.1μg/ml～2.0μg/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9991～0.9996之间,检出限在18μg/kg～32μg/kg之间,精密度RSD在2.12%～4.59%之间,回收率在88%～94%之间。结论:方法简单、快速,灵敏度高,定量准确、毒性低,对环境污染少等优点。

Determination of antibiotic residues in aquatic food by HPLC

Objective: To develop a method for measuring the level of Oxytetracycline(OTC),Tetracycline(TC),Chloramphenicol,Chlortetracycline(CTC) residues in aquatic products simultaneously.Methods: High Performance Liquid Chromatography was applied. The test samples were extracted by Mellvmince-EDTA buffer solution and purified by ODS-C18 solid-phase extraction column with acetonitrile-NaH2PO4 as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 350 nm and flow rate of 0.85 ml/min for gradient elution.Results: The linearity of this method was good between 0.1 μg/ml～2.0 μg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.9991~0.9996.The range of detection limit was 18 μg/kg~32 μg/kg.The RSD was 2.12%~4.59%.The range of recovery was 88%~94%.Conclusion: This method had the advantages of simpleness,rapidness,high sensitivity,accurate quantification,low toxicity and less environmental pollution.
