| 摘 要： | 骨质重建是骨吸收和骨形成的动态平衡过程,破骨细胞是骨吸收的效应细胞。类风湿性关节炎(RA)致残的主要原因是关节软骨及骨的破坏,破骨细胞(OC)在RA骨破坏的病理过程中起关键作用。核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)／护骨素(OPG)系统对破骨细胞生成起决定作用,也是治疗RA的新靶点。

| Abstract: | There is a dynamic equilibrium in bone resorption and bone formation, the effector cell of bone resorption is osteoclast. The destruction of articular cartilage and bone can lead to physical disability in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoclast play an important role in the course of the pathology. As it is the crucial receptor activator of NF-KB ligand (RANKL)/ osteoprotegerin (OPG) system in osteoclast formation, the system will be a new therapeutic target of rheumatoid arthritis. |
