急性脑卒中合并反射性交感神经营养不良的康复及影响因素

目的探讨急性脑卒中(ACVD)合并反射性交感神经营养不良(RSD)的康复过程及影响因素.方法对67例ACVD并发RSD患者进行回顾性分析.结果性别、卒中类型、肩痛史和并存疾病的多少与康复时间无关.患肢肌力越差、神经功能损伤越重,患肢有骨质脱钙者,康复时间长.结论ACVD并发RSD患者康复时间差异很大,患肢瘫痪程度、神经功能损伤程度和患肢存在骨质疏松是重要的影响因素,肢体的功能活动可促进康复.

Recovery process of reflex sympathetic dystrophy complicated by acute cerebrovascular disease and factors in the process

Objective: To study recovery process of reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) complicated by acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) and factors in the process. Methods: Retrospective analysis was made to 67 patients with RSD complicated by ACVD. Results: The sex, type of ACVD, history of pain in shoulder and number of existent diseases did not influence evidently upon recovery phase. The littler power of disorder limb, the more severe harm to never function and the osteoporosis of disorder limb the longer recovery phase. Conclusion: The degree of paralysis, osteoporosis of disorder limb and the degree of damage to nerve function were important factors to the patients' recovery. More action of disorder limb can accelerate the recovery.
