摘    要:目的增强门诊护理人员的凝聚力,全面提升门诊护理工作质量。方法通过制订规范的门诊交接班流程、内容、要求、评价标准,实施门诊护上定期晨间集体交接班制。结果通过临床实践,证实对培养护理人员的综合素质及提高门诊护理服务质量起到积极的促进作用。门诊患者满意度由2003年的92.43%上升到2006年的98.25%,患者投诉及护理纠纷明显下降。结论采用门诊护士定期晨间集体交接班的方法可行,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objectives To strengthen the cohesion of nursing staff" in outpatient department ,and improve the quality of nursing.Methods We established standardized morning shifting procedure,contents and evaluation standards,and implemented collective morning shifting report regularly in outpatient de- partment.Results This practice was beneficial to train nurses' comprehensive quality and improve the quality of nursing in outpatient department.The patients' satisfaction increased from 92.43% in year 2003 to 98.25% in 2006 (P<0.05 ).The patients' complaints and nursing disputes decreased ob- viously.Conclusion The collective morning shifting report is proved to be feasible,which is worth to be promoted.
