| 摘 要： | 糖耐量低减中医称为"脾瘅",不等同于"消渴",治疗方法有其自身特点。临床观察发现糖耐量低减阶段以湿热痰浊困脾型最为多见,从脾论治糖耐量低减亦取得了一定的临床疗效。本文从理论探讨、临床研究两方面阐述了中医从脾论治糖耐量低减的研究概况。

| Abstract: | Impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） is called Pi Dan in Chinese Medicine which is not equal to Xiao Ke and management of this disease also has several features of its own. Clinical observation shows that patients in the phase of IGT mostly present with spleen disorder due to dampness - heat and phlegm. And treatment based on spleen usually could gain effects in various degrees. This paper theoretically and clinically reviews the study on treatment of impaired glucose tolerance by regulating spleen with Chinese Medicine. |
