| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 X线平片对儿童骺软骨骨折的表现及诊断价值。方法 对 3 1例儿童骺软骨骨折的 X线平片表现 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 本组涉及 1 1个部位 6个关节 ,其中肘关节 1 2例 ,腕关节 8例 ;Salter-Harris分型 : 型 7例 , 型 9例 , 型 4例 , 型 8例 , 型 3例。结论 X线平片检查是本病首选的影像手段 ,对制定治疗方案和判定其预后具有重要的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective To study the X ray plate findings and evaluate the value of X ray plate in diagnosis of childish epiphyses cartilage fracture Methods The X ray plate findings of 31 cases (23 males and 8 females, rangings in age from 7～12 years) wirh childish epiphyses cartilage fracture were retrospectively analyed Results This groups including 11 setis, 6 joints, among them there were 12 cases of elbow, 8 cases of wrist According to type of Salter Harris: 7 cases of Ⅰ type, 9 cases of Ⅱ type, 4 cases of Ⅲ type, 8 cases of Ⅳ type, 3 cases of Ⅴ type Conclusion X ray plate examination is the first imaging method of choice for detecting childish epiphyses cartilage fracture It has significant clinic value in the evaluation of prognosis and therapy design |
