摘    要:目的:研究益气祛白颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法:选用L9(34)进行正交设计试验,以黄芪甲苷含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,设定煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水倍数为影响因素,优选益气祛白颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果:得到最佳工艺条件为加10倍量的水,提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选出益气祛白颗粒水提工艺,该工艺稳定可行,有效成分提取效率高。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimizing water extraction conditions of yiqi qubai granules. Method: The extracting condi- tions were optimized by using L9 (34 ) orthogonal test. The content of astragaloside IV and extract yield were used as indexes, the effects of the decoction frequeney, the time of extracting, the amount of water on the extracting process were investigated. Result: The most fa- vorable condition was performed by 1 hour extraction for three times, with 10 times amount of water. Conclusion: Optimum conditions of water' extraction of yiqi qubai granules are obtained and the optimized extraction technology is stable and efficient. The extraction rate of the effective principles is high.
