| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRA对头颅血管病变的诊断价值。方法:对156例头颅血管病变患者,进行MRI与MRA检查,分析其影像特点。结果:156例中动脉瘤(23例)MR检查(MRI+MRA)检出率为93.8%(21/23),动静脉畸形23例,MR检查(MRI+MRA)检出率为100%。而海绵状血管瘤17例MRI检出率为100%。血管硬化狭窄MRA的检出率为90.1%,血管闭塞的检出率两者均为100%。结论:MRA能无创有效地诊断头颅血管病变。

| Abstract: | Obiective To compare the advantage of the MRA diagonosing cerebrovascular disease,angevaluate the dianositic.Methods 156 patiets with cerebrouascular diseases were examined by MRI and MRA,analyis their imagine.Results The detection rate of MR(MRI+MRA)examining aneurysm arteriovenous malformation,cavermoushemangioma angioscleros's vascular occlusion is 93.8%、100%、100%、90.1%、100%.Conclusion MRA is an effticiently diagnositic method to the cerebrouascular disease. |
