皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的CT诊断与临床分析（附86例报告）

目的：重点讨论分析皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的临床及CT特点，旨在提高对皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的诊断水平。材料与方法：报告86例，男性54例，女性32例，年龄52－87岁，平均75岁，临床表现及症状多数病人有高血压，糖尿病，眼底动脉硬化或老年性痴呆，特征为进行性智力减退，不同程度偏瘫，失语，头晕，眼花，恶心，手足麻木等。结合临床及CT特点对照分析。结果：本病常见于50岁以上，随着年龄增大而发病率逐渐增高，CT特点表现为双侧脑室周围白质区及半卵园中心白质中呈对称性低密度影。病灶边缘模糊不规则，两侧脑室扩大，脑沟，脑池增宽，增深，脑白质CT值降低，可伴发腔隙性脑梗塞或脑出血和蛛网膜下腔出血，结论：熟悉掌握本病的临床及CT特点，对提高本病的CT诊断准确率和鉴别诊断有着重要价值。

CT Diagnosis and Clinical Analysis of Bingswanger' Diseases (Report of 86 Cases)

Purpose:To improve CT diagnosis level of BD by analysis of their CT and clinical features.Materials and Methods:Eighty-six cases (male 54,female 32,mean age 75) were examined by CT scanning their clinical features include:hypertension diabets,opthalamic artery atherosclerosis,dementia gradual mental dysfunction,plegia,vertigo et al.Results:BD were more found above 50 years old and as ages increasing.Their CT features include:bilateral white matter symmetric low-density area near lateral ventrical with unclear and irreyular margin bilateral ventrical dilation accompanied by lacunlar cerebral infarction and/or hemorrhage.Conclusion:Be familiar to clinical and CT features of BD will be of great value for their CT diagnosis.
