摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法(简称FAAS)直接测定脑脊液(CSF)中Cu、Zn的含量,以NH4Cl溶液作为基体改进剂,不但消除了基体干扰,而且明显提高测定Cu的灵敏度。

Abstract:A new modification of determination of Cu. Zn in cerebrospinal Fluid(CSF) by FAAS method is described in the present paper. NH4Cl solution is added in the standard solutions and samples solutions. The inference of the matrices is overcomed and the sensibility of the determination of Cu are increased.
