幽门螺杆菌感染与胃窦内分泌细胞的变化

收集６５例胃窦粘膜活检标本，应用４种内分泌及抗体的免疫组化方法，并通过图象分析定量技术显示内分泌细胞和种类及数量。应用Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ－Ｓａｒｒｙ染色法显示幽门螺杆菌。结果发现伴有ＨＰ感染组的内分泌细胞的 种类及数量均有变化，Ｇ细胞数量增多，Ｄ细胞数量减少，蛙皮素阳性细胞亦增多。

The Changes of Antral Endocrine Cells in Helicobacter Pylori Infection

65 cases of antral mucosal biopsies were observed by immunohis-tochemical staining using 4 types of antibodies against chromogranin A, gastrin,so-matostatin and bombesin. The positive cells were quantitatively studied by image analyzer. The number of G cells was 71.28/mm2in the group of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and D cells was 5.32/mm2, bombesin positive cells 8.68/mm2, the ratio of G/D cells was 13.40. In the group without HP infection the number of G cells was 67.65/mm2, D cells was 13.65/mm2,bombesin positive cells 5.31/mm2, the ratio of G/D cells was 5.05. The number of D cells and ratio of G/D cells were significantly different (P<0.05). It suggested that gastrin incresed in patients with HP infection may be duo to the decrease in D cell and somatostatin secreting.
