藻酸双酯钠与复方丹参治疗急性脑血栓形成的比较

急性脑血栓形成108例,其中54例(男38例,女16例;年龄61±8a)用藻酸双酯纳(PSS)200mg,溶于5％葡萄糖液500mL,iv,qd,10d为一个疗程。另54例(男40例,女14例);年龄62±9a)用右旋糖酐-40,500mL内加复方丹参16mL,qd;10d为一个疗程。结果:PSS总有效率为96％,后者为83％(P<0.01)。PSS组治疗后胆固醇、甘油三酯均有显著下降(P<0.01)。

Comparison between polysaccharide sulfate and composite Salvia miltiorrhiza in treating acute cerebral thrombosis

One hundred and eight patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were divided into 2 groups at random, 54 patients (M 38, F 16; age 61+ 8 a) were treated with polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) 200 mg in 5 % glucose 500 mL, iv, gtt, qd, 10 d as a course of treat-nent. The other 54 patients (M 40, F 14; age 62+9 a) were treated by injectio Salvia miltiorrhiza composite 16 mL in dextrane-40 500 mL, qd, 10 d as a course of treatment. Results showed that the response rate was 96 % in PSS group and 83 % in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group(P<0.01). The blood cholesterol and triglyceride lipids decreased significantly after PSS treatment (P<0.0l).
