新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床观察

目的观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床效果。方法采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉、复发性翼状胬肉、蚕蚀性角膜溃疡、病毒性角膜溃疡、睑球粘连38例(52眼),术后随访3~12月。结果38例术后均未见新鲜羊膜植片急性排斥反应,术后翼状胬肉及角膜溃疡患者在随访期间未见复发,睑球粘连者恢复了眼球的运动功能。结论新鲜羊膜移植可有效地用于角结膜的重建,充分清除眼表的病变组织和羊膜移植片的缝合固定,对羊膜移植重建眼表功能极其重要。

Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular surface diseases

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of fresh amniotic memb rane transplantation for ocular surface disorders (OSDs). Methods Fresh amn iotic membrane transplantation was performed in 38 cases (52 eyes) of ocular sur face diseases, including pterygium, recurrent pterygium, Mooren's ulcer, Viral keratitis, and symblepharon. Follow-up studies ranging from 3 to 12 months were conducted. Results No acute graft rejection was observed following the operatio n in these cases, and no recurrence was found in cases of pterygium and corneal ulcer during the follow-up period. The ocular movement was restored for the ey es with severe symblepharon. Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane can be used as a graft material for ocular surface reconstruction, in which complete removal of the pathological tissues and reliable fixation of the amniotic membrane graft are crucial steps.
