激光原位角膜磨削术后眼底变化的观察

目的　通过对近视性视网膜退行性病变在激光原位角膜磨削术 (LASIK)前后变化的观察 ,探讨LASIK手术对眼底的影响。方法　近视性视网膜退行性病变患者 81例 10 6眼 ,均先行视网膜激光光凝治疗 ,再行LASIK手术 ,术后随访 3～ 9个月 ,平均5 8个月。结果　术后患者的视力均达到预期效果 ;术后 3天均呈过矫状态 ,随着时间延长 ,过矫消失。术后非接触性眼压较术前明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。眼底病变稳定 ,激光反应良好。结论　 (1)LASIK手术只能矫正屈光不正 ,对眼底无影响 ,不会阻止或延缓眼底病变的发生发展。 (2 )LASIK手术应参考视网膜条件 ,而不单以最佳矫正视力为参考。 (3)近视眼无论度数高低均应扩瞳行三面镜检查 ,只要眼底有病变均应加强随访

Observation of the Changes in Retinopathy of Myopia Eyes After Laser In-situ Keratomileusis

Objective To investigate the changes of myopia eyes with chorioretinal degeneration pre and post LASIK, to evaluate the effect of LASIK on the retina. Methods 106 myopia eyes of 83 patients were photocoagulated before LASIK. The follow up times were 3-9 months, the mean was 5 8 months. Results The visual acuity was just as expected before operation; the refraction was over corrected in 3 days after LASIK, then disappeared. There was significant difference in IOP (P<0 001). Conclusions LASIK can correct myopia and has no effect on the retina, but can not delay the devolepment of retinopathy. The myopia eyes should be examined by slit lamp biomicroscopy with three mirror contact lens after fully dilated. The eyes with retinal degenerations should be followed up.
