非诺贝特对2型糖尿病大鼠肾皮质纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1表达的影响

摘    要:小剂量链脲佐菌素加高脂饮食诱导的糖尿病大鼠给予非诺贝特灌胃8周,检测显示糖尿病大鼠肾皮质纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1(PAI-1)mRNA表达明显下降,同时肾小球肥大部分改善,提示非诺贝特对糖尿病肾脏的保护作用可能与其下调肾皮质PAI-1基因表达有关。

Abstract:Diabetic rat model which was induced by low dose of streptozotocin and high fat diet was administrated with fenofibrate for 8 weeks. It showed that PAI-1 mRNA level in renal cortex of diabetic rats was significantly decreased after the treatment, so was the glomerular hypertrophy, which demonstrated that the protective effect of fenofibrate against diabetic nephropathy was, at least in part, related to the decrease of PAI-1 gene expression in renal cortex.
