| 摘 要： | 目的 CR图像的伪影直接影响诊断的质量。本文探讨引起CR图像伪影的原因及对策。方法收集了我院2008-10~2009-05间,数字化摄影显示有影像伪影(传统X线摄影常见的伪影除外)的照片131幅,根据伪影图像的形状来分析伪影产生的原因。结果从131幅伪影图像中分析并证实,其伪影来自成像系统各个环节,经过相应处理后,部分伪影能够消除或减少。结论只要技术人员加强工作责任心,熟悉CR系统的操作原理和工作流程,维修人员定期进行设备维护,CR的部分伪影是可以避免或消除的。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the invastigation and strategy on reasons of CR shadow due to it had affected the diagnosis quality.Methods 131 pictures of CR were selected from October 2008 to May 2009 to analyze the formation of CR shadow.Results The shadows had come from every image links.The corresponding management had deplete some shadow partially.Conclusion The partial shadow might be avoided or decreased through responsibility of technician who are familiar with its principles and working flow-sheet and regular service of equipment. |
