396株病原菌及其耐药谱分析

摘    要:对396株病原菌的15种常用抗生素耐药谱进行回顾性调查,发现主要病原菌为大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、D群链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、臭鼻克雷伯氏菌.这些病原菌对常用抗生素耐药谱不同,主要病原菌耐药率与文献报道相比明显增高。提醒临床医师应根据病原菌及参照药敏试验合理慎重地选用抗生素,特别是广谱抗生素,减少耐药菌株的产生,注意保护人体内正常菌群是控制院内感染的重要环节。

Abstract:etrospective survey of 396 strains of pathogenic bacteria which weredrug-resistant to fifteen kinds of ordinary use antibiotics found out that thosepathogenic bacteria were Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,D groupstreptococci,Staphylococcus epidermidis,verdigris Pseudomonas and Abel'sbacillus.These pathogenic bacteria were different to ordinary use antibioticsand the drug res is tant rates of main pathogenic bacteria were distinctly higherthan those reported in works.It reminded clinical doctors that their reasonablechoosing antibiotics should be based on the pathogenical bacteria and consultthe drug sensitive test, in order to diminish the production of drug-resistantstrains.The step to control the infection in the hospital was to protect the nor-mal bacteria group in human body.
