| 摘 要： | 报告１７例良性巨大淋巴结增生症，男多于女，年龄７～６７岁，以２０～４５岁多见，好发于纵膈，临床无特殊表现，多为体检时发现。有特征性病理改变，其中透明血管型１４例，浆细胞型１例，混合型２例．并对本病的诊断及其本质进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | eventeen cases aged from
7 to 67 were studied.Results showed that thedisease was more common in patients between 20
and 45 years old and in malethan in female.There were no specific clinical manifestations.It was
more fre- quently found in mediastinum on physical examination. All cases had charac-teristic
pathological changes,among which fourteen were hyaline blood cast,one plasmocyte type and two
mixed type. The diagnosis and nature of the dis-ease were also discussed. |
