摘    要:采用HRP逆行追踪和免疫细胞化学PAP法相结合,对蓝斑至伏核的上行投射通路进行了研究。结果表明:同侧蓝斑有SP能神经元上行投射到伏核。HRP-SP双标记投射神经元占有HRP标记投射神经元的50%

Abstract:he projections from the locus ceruleus to the nucleus accumbens in rats were studied by using a double-labeling method of HRP retrograde tracingcombined with PAP immunocytochemistry. Results showed that there weresome substance p-like immunoreactive neurons in the locus ceruleus to sendaxons to the nucleus accumbens and the number of the HRP-SP double la- beling neurons accounted for 50% of the HRP Iabeling neurons.
