维生素B_6抗血小板聚集作用研究

在12例可疑高凝状态的病人中,以维生素B6体外处理血小板后测定ADP及胶原诱导的血小板聚集;在7例同类病人中测定口服维生素B6前后ADP及胶原诱导的血小板聚集,维生素B6用量每日4mg／kg×10天。结果显示.在体内、外试验中。维生素B6对ADP及胶原诱导的血小板聚集均有显著抑制作用。值得深入研究维生素B6作为一种新的抗血小板药物的临床应用前景。

A study on antiplatelet aggregation effect of vitamin B_6

After platelet was treated by vitamin B., ADP or collagen-induced platelet aggregation was measured in vitro study in 12 patients with suspicious hypercoagulable state. Vitamin B6, 4mg/kg daily p. o. for ten days, was administered to 7 patients. The aggregation induced by ADP and collagen was measured before the first dose and ten days later. The results showed Vitamin B. Significantly inhibited ADP and collagen-induced aggregation in vitro study and in vivo study. Clinical trials are warranted to further assess the efficacy of Vitamin B. as a new antiplatelet drug.
