136例炎琥宁注射剂不良反应分析

目的了解炎琥宁注射剂不良反应发生的相关因素，探讨其不良反应发生的一般规律及特点。方法采用回顾性研究方法，对2004年1月至2008年10月淄博市药品不良反应监测中心上报的136例炎琥宁注射剂不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果炎琥宁注射剂不良反应以0-10岁儿童发生率最高，主要表现为皮肤及附件损害、全身性损害及循环系统损害，多数不良反应出现在用药后30分钟内，结论应加强炎琥宁注射剂用药监测，减少其不良反应的发生。

Analysis of 136 Adverse Drug Reaction Reports of Yanhuning Injection

Objective By analyzing the relevant factor of adverse drug reaction（ADR） of Yanhuning in- jection in Zibo,to investigate the pattern and character of A DR. Methods 136 ADR reports of Yan- huning injection collected by Zibo center for ADR monitoring from January 2004 to October 2008 were analyzed using retrospective study method. Results Among the 136 reports of Yanhuning injec- tion,the higher probabiliW were children that one to ten years old, skin and its adjunct and circulatory system are likely to be the most affected organ, most of the adverse reactions were happened in 30 minutes.Conclusion The sufferers should be intensively warded when using Yanhuning injection,to avoid oc-currence of ADR.
