54年女性尿瘘病因的观察分析

目的 :比较近 2 3年与前 31年女性尿瘘病因变化情况。方法 :回顾性分析 1981年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 12月 2 3年间 5 2例尿瘘病因 ,与 195 0年至 1980年 31年间 2 0 8例尿瘘病因进行对比观察。结果 :女性尿瘘由前 31年间平均年收治6 7例下降至后 2 3年的平均年收治 2 3例。且病因比例由产科因素为主 ,渐渐转变为妇科手术因素为主。结论 :围生医学保健及妇科手术技术的提高是使女性尿瘘逐年下降的根本因素。

Etiological Observation of Female Urogenital Fistula During 54 Years

Objective: To find out the etiological changes of female urogenital fistula between the last 23 years and the early 31 years. Methods: 52 cases of urogenital fistula in the last 23 years from Jun. 1981 to Dec. 2003 were reviewed and were compared with the 208 cases in the early 31 years (from 1950 to 1980) for etiological analysis. Results: The hospital based incidence of the female urogenital fistula decreased to 2.3 cases per year during the last 23 years from 6.7 cases per years during the early 31 years. And the gynecologic operations have played a causative role in fistula instead of obstetric reason. Conclusions: Perinatal care and the progress in gynecologic operation skills are the key reasons to decrease the incidence of female urogenital fistula gradually.
