| 摘 要： | 目的 分析鼻咽癌临床特征及误诊原因 ,减少误诊发生。方法 自 1993- 0 1～ 2 0 0 0 - 12 ,我院收治的 175例鼻咽癌患者。分析各级医院误诊率及首发症状对鼻咽癌诊断的影响。结果 共误诊 36 9例次 ,首诊误诊率高达 93.1% ,误诊疾病达 2 0余种。结论 西北地区属鼻咽癌低发区域 ,临床医生对本病认识不足 ,是造成鼻咽癌误诊的主要原因 ,提高认识 ,仔细综合分析病情是减少误诊的关键

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of NPC in NorthZwestern China and reasons of misdiagnosis in order to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.Methods 175 cases of NPC were collected from January 1993 to December 2000.The rate of misdiagnosis and the effect of initial symptom on the diagnosis of NPC were analyzed retrospectively.Results 369 cases were misdiagnosed altogether with the first misdiagnosis rate being 93.1% and more than 20 diseases misdiagnosed as.Conclusion The low incidence of NPC in northwestern China and lack of knowledge about NPC were the main reasons for misdiagnosis.It could be avoided by improved awareness of NPC and thorough analysis of state of the illness. |
