前列地尔联合川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的探讨前列地尔联合川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法选择急性脑梗死患者50例,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组25例,对两组患者治疗前和治疗后进行临床神经功能缺损评分和疗效评定。结果出院前对两组患者急性治疗效果评估,试验组基本治愈、显著显效、有效分别为10（40%）、12（48%）、2（8%）有效率为88%,对照组基本治愈、显著显效、有效分别为8（32%）、12（48%）、3（12%）,有效率为80%,试验组有效率明显高于对照组;出院1个月后随访评估神经功能缺损;SSS评分治疗前与治疗后一个月,实验组分别为（18.2±2.4）、（37.5±4.6）,对照组（18.4±2.6）、（24.3±5.0）,Barthel评分,治疗前和治疗后一个月,实验组分别为（39.3±2.6）、（78.8±5.4）,对照组分别为（39.7±3.0）、（42.5±3.2）,试验组明显低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论前列地尔联合川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死具有更好的改善临床症状、促进缺损神经功能康复的作用。

Observation of alprostadil combined with ligustrazine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined withligustrazine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into control group and test group,25 cases of each group,patients in the two groupsbefore and after treatment of clinical neural function defect assessment andevaluation of curative effect. Results Prior to discharge to the acute treatment of patients in the two groups effect evaluation, test group were cured, significant effect, effective were 10（40%）, 12（48%）, 2（8%） efficiency is 88%, control group, markedly effective, effective cure was respectively 8（32%）,12（48%）, 3（12%）, effective rate was 80%, the test group was significantly higher than that of control group; after 1 months of follow-up evaluation of neural function defect discharge; SSS score before treatment and after treatment for one month, experimental group were（18.2±2.4）,（37.5±4.6）, control group（18.4±2.6）,（24.3±5）, Barthel score, a month before and after the treatment, the experimental group were（39.3 ±2.6）,（78.8±5.4）, control group were（39.7±3）,（42.5±3.2）, the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups of data（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical symptoms,improve with better alprostadil combined with ligustrazine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction promote nervefunctional rehabilitation effect.
