常见妇科疾病的性激素水平调查

目的:统计常见妇科疾病的性激素水平,为妇科疾病的预防和诊疗提供参考。方法:对2054例妇科疾病患者进行性激素检测,以50例正常健康体检者卵泡期激素检测结果为参考值。结果:功能性子宫出血患者E2水平明高于正常妇女,绝经后妇女FSH、LH明显增高,老年性(萎缩性)阴道炎患者E2明显低于正常妇女。肌瘤、囊肿和良恶性肿瘤时LH、FSH、PROG均高于正常妇女,一般炎症时只有LH和FSH增高。结论:性激素六项检测可辅助医生对生殖内分泌有关疾病的预防、诊断和治疗。

Conclusion] Hormone six detection can help doctors reproductive endocrine disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
