前入路腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的临床应用体会

目的:探讨应用前入路腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的方法。方法:回顾性分析134例腹股沟疝的临床资料,所有病例均采用局麻或硬膜外麻醉下的前入路腹膜前间隙修补术。结果:本组患者术后均痊愈,手术时间平均45min,术后6h～24h下床活动。术后无尿潴留、切口感染及局部异物感等并发症,随访6～24个月无复发。结论:腹膜前间隙修补术符合腹股沟解剖学特点,缩短了手术及住院时间。该技术术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低,是一种合理、可靠的无张力疝修补方式。

The clinical experience of preperitioneal tension-free inguinal hern ia repair

Objective：To discuss the application of preperitioneal tension-free inguinal hernia repair in order to improve the opera- tive efficacy of inguinal hernia. Methods：A retrospective study was made to analyze the clinical data of 89 cases of inguinal hernia treated by preperitioneal repair under local anesthesia or epidural block. Results：All cases were well recovered, the average opera- tion time was 45 minutes. The patients could get out of bed 6 hours after surgery, the average postoperative hospital stay was 4.5 days. No complication of urine retention, wound infection, local foreign body sensation, and so on. No recurrence was found in 6 to 24 months of follow-up after operation. Conclusions：Preperitioneal tensiowfree inguinal hernia repair fit in with the inguinal anatomy, shortening the operation and hospital stay time. It was a reasonable and reliable tension-free herniorrhaphy method of less pain, recovery quickly, less complications, low recurrence rate.
