喉癌组织P27的表达及DNA含量测定

目的：探讨抑癌基因P27的表达和细胞周期DNA含量测定与喉癌的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学S—P法和流式细胞计数法分别对25例喉癌组织、癌旁组织及21例声带息肉组织进行P27和癌前DNA含量检测。结果：P27表达在喉癌和癌旁组织、声带息肉之间有显著性差异，P27蛋白低表达与颈淋巴结转移、患者预后有关(P＜0.05)喉癌的DI值高于正常对照组(P＜0．01)；喉癌组织的S期细胞DNA含量明显高于其它组(P＜0.05)。结论：P27是判断喉癌预后的有用指标，S期细胞DNA含量与癌肿的发展有关。

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE NOVEL P27 PROTEIN EXPRESSION AND DNA QUANTITIVE ANALYSE IN LARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

Objective:To find out whether the expression of P27 and value of the DNA content in patients with laryngeals carcinoma.Methods:Expression of P27 protein was measured with immunohistochemistry method and the DNA quantitive analyse was measured with flowcytometry(FCM) in 25 cases of laryngeals cell carcinoma and peri-tumor tissue as well as 21 cases of vocalpolyps. Results:There was a significant difference in expression of P27 protein between the peri-tumor tissue and vocalployps.Low P27 expression was associated with increasing lymph node metastasis and resulted in a poor prognosis for patients with laryngeals carcinoma.The DNA Index(DI) of laryngeal carcinoma group was higher than that of control group. The content of DNA of cell-cycle S-fractions with laryngeal carcinoma was higher than that of other groups.Conclusions:P27 is a significant predict or of survival in laryngeal carcinoma patients. The content of DNA of cell-cycle S-fractions has a relationship with carcinoma.
