口腔颌面部肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的检测及其与临床预后关系的研究

目的：了解口腔颌面部鳞癌患者细胞免疫功能状态。方法：应用流式细胞术对19例口腔颌面部鳞癌患者及10例正常人外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行了检测。结果：口腔颌面部鳞癌患者外周血中的CD3细胞数较健康人低下（P＜0．05），CD4、CD4／CD8下降，而CD8升高。晚期、分化差及有颈淋巴结转移的患者，其CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8较早期、分化好及无颈淋巴结转移的患者低，而CD8则相对较高。结论：口腔颌面部鳞癌患者的细胞免疫功能低下，且可能与肿瘤的临床分期及病理分级有一定的关系。

Study on the Relationship between the Numbers of T Lymphocyte Subsets and Clinical Prognosis in Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Malignant Tumors

Objective To evaluate the cellular immune function of the patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods The flow cytometry assay was used to detect the T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of 19 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors and 10 health presons. Results The number of CDS in patient group was lower than that in health group (P<0.05), so were the number of CD4 and the ratio of CD4/CD8, but the number of CDS in patient group was higher than that in health group. The number of CD3, CD4 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in patient group with later period, bad degeneration or lymph nodes metastases was also lower than those in group with earlier period, well degeneration or no lymph nodes metastases, but the number of CDS was higher. Conclusion The cellular immune function of the patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors was lowered and maybe had some relationship with the clinical period and pathological degeneration.
