| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性硬膜下血肿手术的治疗方法及疗效。方法 采用钻孔冲洗引流术对38例慢性硬膜下血肿进行治疗并对资料进行分析总结。结果 痊愈35例，死亡2例，术后继发一侧上肢瘫1例。结论 慢性硬膜下血肿确诊后经外科治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and the curative effect of the operational treatment on chronic subdural hematoma. Mothods The operation of drilling, washing and drainning was applied in 38 cases of chronic subdural hematoma,the experience of clinical treatment was analyzed and summarized. Results 35 cases were cured,2 cases died,one case showed one side paralysis. Conclusion Surgical treatment of chronic subdural hematoma after surgery has good effect. |
