蒙古族人群维生素D受体基因Fok Ⅰ多态性

摘    要:目的了解维生素D受体基因Fok Ⅰ多态性在蒙古族人群中的分布。方法应用聚合酶链反应一限制性片段长度多态性技术,分析506名内蒙古地区蒙古族人的维生素D受体Fok Ⅰ基因座的基因型和等位基因的分布频率。结果维生素D受体基因型FF、Ff、伍在本研究人群的分布频率分别为31%、52%和17%。等位基因F占57%,f占43%。基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。结论中国蒙古族人群维生素D受体基因Fok Ⅰ多态性分布频率有其自身的特点。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the polymorphism distribution of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene Fok I in Mongolian population of China. METHODS: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method was used to analyze three genotypes FF, Ff and ff in the start codon of VDR gene (Fok I) in unrelated normal healthy Mongolian individuals of China. RESULTS: In the population, we obtained the allelic frequencies of 57% and 43% for (F) and (f) allele and the percentage of genotypes FF, Ff and ff to be 31%, 52%, and 17% respectively. CONCLUSION: The polymorphism frequency and distribution of this VDR gene Fok I in Mongolian population of China exhibit its own characteristics.
