| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人血清血管内皮生长因子穴VEGF雪诊断食道肿瘤和胃肿瘤的临床价值。方法:采用酶联免疫检测法(ELISA)定量检测37例食管癌、31例胃癌及15例正常对照者血清中VEGF的含量。结果:两种恶性肿瘤患者血清VEGF水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)并与临床病理特征,如浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期等密切相关。结论:血清VEGF水平在食管癌、胃癌的浸润和转移中起重要作用熏可作为食管癌、胃癌进展和评估预后的血清学指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its clinical value in patients with esophageal cancer and stomach cancer. Methods: ELISA method was used to study the serum VEGF level in 37 esophageal neoplasm patients, 31 stomach neoplasm patients and 15 normal adults. Results: The serum VEGF level in two kinds of tumor patients was remarkably higher than in normal controls (P<0.01). It had a significant association with clinicopathologic features (invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage). Conclusion: The expression of VEGF plays a key role in invasion and metastasis of esophageal neoplasms and gastric carcinoma, and serum VEGF level may serve as a indicator of progression and prognosis of these diseases. |
