乳腺超声人工智能应用进展

摘    要:乳腺癌是女性最常见癌症之一,早期筛查、诊断对改善预后、降低死亡率至关重要。近年来,随着计算机性能的提高、海量医学影像数据的累积及新算法的不断出现,乳腺超声领域中人工智能(AI)研发已取得重大突破。乳腺超声AI可自动识别成像信息并定量评价,更准确、快速地诊断乳腺疾病。本文对AI在乳腺超声中的研究及应用现状进行综述。

Abstract:Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women. Early screening and diagnosis are essential to improve prognosis and reduce mortality. In recent years, with the improvement of computer performance, the storage of massive medical image data and the continuous emergence of new algorithms, the development of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of breast ultrasound has made a major breakthrough. Breast ultrasound AI can automatically identify and quantitatively evaluating imaging information to accurately and quickly diagnose breast diseases. The research and application progresses of AI in breast ultrasound were reviewed in this paper.
