| 摘 要： | 目的探讨十二指肠镜下行乳头球囊扩张术治疗胆总管残留结石的效果。方法对2002年6月~2004年6月用乳头球囊扩张术治疗12例胆总管残留结石的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果8例胆囊切除术,4例胆囊切除及胆总管探查T管引流术者在术后发现胆总管内残留结石。12例病人均通过内镜乳头球囊扩张术取出残留结石,10例1次取石成功,2例经2次取石成功。术后并发轻型胰腺炎1例,经非手术治疗后痊愈。结论内镜下乳头球囊扩张术治疗胆总管残留结石安全,微创,有效,避免再次手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic balloon dilation (EBD) in treating choledochal residual stones. Methods The data of 21 cases of choledochal residual stones treated by EBD from June 2002 to June 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Postoperative choledochal residual stones were found in 8 cases subject to cholecystectomy, and 4 cases subject to cholecystectomy plus T tube drainage following bile common duct. After EBD, the choledochal residual stones were removed thoroughly in each case. Only 2 patients underwent second intervention. One case was complicated with mild pancreatitis and recovered completely under conservative approaches.Conclusion EBE is safe and minimally invasive in treating choledochal residual stones. |
