线穗植入法治疗泪点阻塞

目的 探讨线穗植入法治疗泪点阻塞的效果。方法 对43例(53眼)进行线穗植入治疗泪点阻塞。用1-0或3-0手术缝线重复对折并捻成绳样，长约20mm，粗的直径0．8～1．0mm。在其两端用3．0缝线对折作固定引线，以自制的探针针头将线穗植入泪点共30天。7～10天复诊清洗1次。结果 43例(53眼)中，治愈36例(45)眼，治愈率达84．91％。结论 线穗植入治疗泪点阻塞是一种简便、安全、有效的方法，治愈率高。

Implantation of suture rope for treatment of obstruction of lacrimal punctum

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of implantation of suture rope for treatment of obstruction of lacrimal punctum. Methods 53 eyes (43 cases) of obstruction of lacrimal puncture were treated with this method, the method was: make a suture rope with 1 0 or 3 0 surgical suture, its length was 20 mm and diameter was 0.8 1.0 mm. Using a probe to implant the suture rope into the lacrimal punctum, and the suture rope will reserved for 30 days. Results 45 (84.91%) eyes had been cured. Conclusion The implantation of suture rope for treatment of obstruction of lacrimal punctum is a safe, simple and convenient method, it can have a good clinical effect.
