刺络拔罐法联合中医综合护理对带状疱疹的临床意义研究

目的探讨刺络拔罐法联合中医综合护理对带状疱疹的临床意义研究。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月在大连市中医医院皮肤科就诊的80例带状疱疹患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取刺络拔罐法进行治疗,试验组40例使用刺络拔罐法联合中医综合护理进行治疗,比较2组患者的疼痛情况。结果治疗后试验组疼痛情况优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对带状疱疹患者采取刺络拔罐法联合中医综合护理对患者进行治疗,可以提高患者的临床有效率,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Research on the Clinical Significance of Blood-letting and Cupping Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing on Herpes Zoster

Objective To explore the clinical significance of blood-letting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on herpes zoster.Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster in our hospital were selected,40 patients in the control group were treated by blood-letting and cupping,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated by combined traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing.The pain situation of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the pain of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion blood-letting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in the treatment of herpes zoster can improve the clinical efficiency of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
