| 摘 要： | 呃逆是指胃气上逆动膈,以气逆上冲,喉间呃呃连声,声短而频,不能自止为主要临床表现的病证,少数患者呃逆可持续数天、数月甚至数年,顽固性呃逆会给患者的饮食、睡眠和社会活动造成严重的影响。笔者运用子午流注合飞腾八法治疗顽固性呃逆1例,按时取足临泣、昆仑、公孙、内关、足三里、合谷等穴位,针刺2次后呃逆缓解。

| Abstract: | Hiccup refers to the syndrome of the stomach gas against the diaphragm, the gas against the throat, short and frequent, people can not stop as the main clinical manifestations. A few patients can last for days, months or even years. Intractable hiccup will have a serious impact on their diet, sleep and social activities. One case of intractable hiccup was treated by midnight-noon ebb-flow and eight methods combined with eight methods of flight, take the acupoints of Zulinyi(GB41), Kunlun(BL60), Gongsun(SP4), Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36), Hegu(LI4) etc. on time, hiccup relieved after acupuncture twice. |
