中医护理对分娩过程的影响分析

目的分析中医护理对产妇分娩过程的影响。方法选取2017年5月-2018年11月收治的产妇89例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组44例为常规护理,观察组45例进行中医护理。对比不同护理方式对产妇分娩过程的影响。结果观察组产妇产后疼痛评分显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇衰竭状况明显更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇各时间焦虑状况显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为产妇进行中医护理可改善分娩过程、降低疼痛、焦虑情绪,有临床应用价值。

Analysis on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on the Delivery Process of Puerpera

Objective To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the delivery process of puerpera.Methods 89 cases of parturients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random singular and double number method.44 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 45 cases in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The effect of different nursing methods on the delivery process of puerperal was compared.Results The postpartum pain score of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The maternal failure status of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The anxiety status of the observation group at each time was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing for parturients can improve the delivery process,reduce pain and anxiety,and has clinical application value.
