血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变4种证型临床对比性研究

目的观察血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变四种中医证型的临床疗效,探讨临床辨证应用中药注射液的意义。方法296例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,辨证分气虚血瘀证、阴虚血瘀证、湿热血瘀证、阳虚血瘀证四型,随机分为治疗组148例和对照组148例。对照组给予维生素B12500μg、维生素B1100 mg肌肉注射,每日1次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用血栓通注射液静滴,2组疗程共8周。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候、神经传导速度的变化。结果治疗组四种证型在改善中医证候、提高神经传导速度、临床综合疗效方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组气虚血瘀证在改善中医证候、提高神经传导速度、临床综合疗效方面均优于其他三种证型(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变四种证型临床疗效确切,优于对照组;治疗气虚血瘀证疗效最佳。

A Clinical Comparative Study on Xueshuantong Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Four Kinds of Syndromes

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection in treating four kinds of TCM syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,to explore significance of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods 296 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,syndrome differentiation of four types:qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,damp heat and blood stasis syndrome,yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.They were randomly divided into treatment group(148 cases)and control group(148 cases).The control group was given vitamin B12500 mg and vitamin B1100 mg in intramuscular injection once a day.The treatment group was given Xueshuantong injection on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndromes and nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The four syndromes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group in improving TCM syndromes,increasing nerve conduction velocity and clinical comprehensive efficacy(P<0.05).The qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of the treatment group is superior to the other three syndromes in improving TCM syndromes,increasing nerve conduction velocity and clinical comprehensive efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection is effective in treating four kinds of syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is better than that of the control group.And it has the best effect in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
