原发性肝癌中医证型客观化研究进展

原发性肝癌起病隐匿,病死率高,中医药在原发性肝癌的治疗中具有重要作用,而原发性肝癌的辨证分型是其中医治疗的基础,但证型的客观化研究一直是重点与难点,近年来,在越来越多的研究中发现了原发性肝癌的中医证型与临床中各种类型的客观指标均存在一定的相关性,故将近年来关于原发性肝癌中医证型与肝功能指标、肿瘤标志物、影像学、基因免疫方面等客观指标关系的研究作一综述,更好地推进原发性肝癌辨证分型的客观化研究。

Research Progress on Objectification of Syndrome Types in Primary Liver Cancer

Primary liver cancer happens insidious and has a high mortality rate.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer.The syndrome differentiation of primary liver cancer is the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the syndrome type objectification has always been the focus and difficulty.In recent years,more and more studies have found that there are certain correlations between the TCM syndrome types of primary liver cancer and various kinds of objective indicators in the clinical such as liver function indicators,tumor markers,imaging performance,and gene immunization provides,so it is necessary to review on the relationships between syndrome types of primary liver cancer and objective indicators in order to advance the objectification study of syndrome types of primary liver cancer.
