活血止痛汤治疗骨折术后肢体肿胀疼痛的价值分析

目的探讨活血止痛汤治疗骨折术后肢体肿胀疼痛患者的效果。方法运用区组的随机数字表按照1∶1的比例将2017年1月—2019年1月接受治疗的52例骨折术后肢体肿胀疼痛患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组仅采用头孢呋辛钠注射液进行治疗,观察组选用活血止痛汤进行治疗,评定2组临床疗效、肿痛症状消除、疼痛评分情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率与对照组相比,显著提高(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 d、2 d后的疼痛评分均低于对照组,2组数据之间的差异非常显著(P<0.05)。结论对于骨折术后肢体肿胀疼痛患者,应用活血止痛汤进行治疗,效果较为显著,可以起到止痛、消除肿胀的作用,提升患者病情的恢复速度。

The Value Analysis of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction in Treating Limb Swelling and Pain after Fracture Operation

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction on limb swelling and pain after fracture surgery.Methods 52 patients with limb swelling and pain after fracture operation were divided into control group and observation group according to the ratio of 1:1 by using the block random number table in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium injection only,while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction.The clinical efficacy,relief of swelling and pain symptoms and pain score of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time and swelling relief time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 and 2 days after operation,and the difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with limb swelling and pain after fracture operation,Huoxue Zhitong decoction has a remarkable effect,which can relieve pain,eliminate swelling and improve the recovery speed of patients.
