中医师承教育在中医住院医师规范化培训中作用的探讨

中医师承教育对于中医传承和培养优秀的中医临床医师具有重要作用,而住培是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对于培训临床高层次医师,提高医疗质量极为重要,占据了医学终生教育承前启后的重要地位。如何将中医师承教育与中医住院医师规范化培训有机结合,是一个值得深入研究的课题。本课题在分析中医住培特点的基础上,探讨了中医住培中中医师承的方式方法,以期为充分发挥中医师承在住培中的作用提供参考。

Discussion on the Role of Master-Apprentice Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Standardized Training for Residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The master-apprentice education of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the inheritance and training of excellent traditional Chinese medicine clinicians.As an important part of the education of medical students after graduation,it is very important to train high-level clinical physicians and improve the quality of medical care,which occupies an important position in the lifelong medical education.How to combine the traditional Chinese medicine teacher education with the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents is a subject worthy of in-depth study.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine residence training,this paper discusses the ways and methods of Chinese medicine teacher’s inheritance in TCM residence training,so as to provide references for giving full play to the role of TCM teacher’s inheritance in TCM residence training.
