化瘀清经汤联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片预防子宫内膜息肉术后复发临床观察

为子宫内膜息肉术后复发的防治提供可选方案,探讨并评价化瘀清经汤在预防子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后复发的确切疗效。选取2017年10月-2018年10月于湖南省中医院行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术,术后病检确诊为子宫内膜息肉的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组予以屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服,治疗组加用化瘀清经汤口服,共3个月,于术后第3、6个月随访,比较2组术后第3、6个月子宫内膜厚度、经量的变化及复发率。结果术后第3个月、6个月,月经量较术前显著减少,且治疗组较对照组减少更明显(P<0.05),术后月经改善治疗组优于对照组。术后第3个月、6个月子宫内膜厚度较术前减少,术后第3个月2组均无复发,术后第6个月对照组复发7例,治疗组复发2例,治疗组复发率显著低于对照组。因此,术后服用化瘀清经汤可有效预防子宫内膜息肉术后复发,改善月经情况,有很好的临床治疗选择价值。

Clinical Observation on Huayu Qingjing Decoction Combined with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tables in the Prevention Recurrence of Endometrial Polyps after Operation

The exact effect of Huayu Qingjing decoction in preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy was explored to provide an alternative scheme for preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy.Sixty patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy from October 2017 to October 2018 in Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given drospirone ethinylestradiol tablets orally,and the treatment group was given Huyu Qingjing decoction for 3 months,followed up for 3 months and 6 months after operation.The change of menstrual volume and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.The amount of menstruation after opteration was significantly reduced compared with that before operation.The menstrual improvement group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of endometrium decreased after operation.There was no recurrence in both groups at the 3 rd month after operation,and there were 7 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the treatment group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Huyu Qingjing decoction can effectively prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps after operation.
