摘    要:课题组结合教育部提出的“在教育领域中要重新定义教师能力标准”,围绕高等中医院校教师专业水平与教学能力发展普遍不均衡的现象开展调研,结合多年教学管理经验、前期调研结果和相关专业的工作标准,形成了一整套系统、完备、高效“四二三”教师教学能力标准体系,应用于教学实践中,丰富了课堂教学内容与手段,有效提高了医学课程的教学质量,中医药事业的传承与发展做出积极的贡献。

Abstract:Combining with the“redefinition of teacher competence standards in the field of education”put forward by the Ministry of Education,the research group has carried out a survey around the general imbalance between the professional level of teachers and the development of teaching competence in higher TCM institutions.Combining with years of teaching management experience,the results of previous research and the working standards of related professions,a set of systematic,complete and efficient“423”standard system of teachers'teaching Ability has been formed.The competency standard system has been applied in teaching practice,enriches the content and means of classroom teaching,effectively improves the quality of medical teaching,and makes positive contributions to the inheritance and development of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
