针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗术后肠梗阻临床观察

目的探究针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗术后肠梗阻的效果。方法选取2017年3月-2019年3月收治的术后肠梗阻患者76例作为此次研究的观察对象,按照治疗的先后顺序将其平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者在治疗过程中主要给予中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组患者给予针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗后的观察指标缓解情况,以及后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为97.37%,明显高于参照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的恶心、呕吐消失时间(2.16±0.75)d、腹胀缓解时间(3.43±0.56)d、肠鸣音恢复时间(5.17±1.92)d,以及肛门恢复排气排便时间(2.45±1.14)d均短于参照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的并发症发生率为7.89%,明显低于参照组,P<0.05。结论针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗术后肠梗阻具有显著的临床效果,不但能够提高肠道的自我修复能力,降低并发症的发生概率,还有助于改善患者的临床症状,促进预后。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Postoperative Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application on postoperative intestinal obstruction.Methods Seventy-six patients with postoperative intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected as subjects for this study. They were equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment. The patients in the control group were mainly treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine during the treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups, the relief of the observation indicators after treatment, and the occurrence of post-complication were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The nausea and vomiting disappearance time(2.16± 0.75), abdominal distension relief time(3.43± 0.56), and bowel recovery time of the sound(5.17± 1.92) and the time of anal recovery and defecation(2.45± 1.14) in the observation group were shorter thanthose in the control group P<0.05. The complication rate of the observation group was 7.89 %, which was significantly lower than that of the control group P <0.05. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint application for postoperative intestinal obstruction has significant clinical effect, which can not only improve the intestinal self-repair ability, reduce the probability of complications, but also help to improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients.
