贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病临床观察

目的探析高血压伴冠心病患者临床治疗中联合采用贝那普利、通心络胶囊治疗的效果。方法将2017年2月-2019年2月本院接收的86例高血压并冠心病患者作为研究样本,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者(n=43)仅采用贝那普利进行治疗,研究组(n=43)在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药通心络胶囊进行治疗。观察比较2组治疗效果、心功能参数变化、血压变化和血脂变化。结果研究组总有效率95.35%明显高于对照组79.07%,有统计学意义(х2=5.1079,P=0.0238);2组治疗后的血脂、血压水平与治疗前相比均得到改善,但研究组改善效果明显好于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊、贝那普利联用于高血压伴冠心病患者中能提高临床疗效,改善心功能,调节血压及血脂,好于单一用药。

Clinical Observation on Benazeply Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To analyze the effect of benazeply combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 86 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as study samples according to different treatment methods. The control group(n =43) was only used benazeply. The study group(n=43) was treated with Chinese medicine Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group treatment.The effects of treatment, changes in cardiac function parameters, changes in blood pressure and changes in blood lipids were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%), and the difference was statistically significant(х 2=5.1079, P=0.0238). The blood lipid and blood pressure levels of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment. The improvement effect of the group was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule and benazepril can improve clinical efficacy, improve heart function, and regulate blood pressure and blood lipids in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, which is better than single drug.
