中西医结合护理对初产妇产后乳汁分泌及母乳喂养率的影响

目的探讨中西医结合护理对初产妇产后乳汁分泌情况及母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2017年9月104例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组给予常规西医护理,观察组在此基础上结合中医护理,比较两组产后乳汁分泌时间、分泌量和母乳喂养率。结果观察组产妇乳汁分泌时间早于对照组,且分泌量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可有效缩短初产妇产后乳汁分泌时间,增加乳汁分泌量,提高母乳喂养率。

The Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on the Postpartum Milk Secretion and the Breast Feeding Rate of Primipara

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on postpartum milk secretion and breast feeding rate of parturients.Methods 148 parturients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=74)and control group(n=74).The control group was given routine western medicine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The postpartum milk secretion time,secretion volume and breast feeding rate between the two groups was compared.Results The milk secretion time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the secretion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The breast feeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine nursing can shorten the milk secretion time,increase the amount of milk secretion and improve the breast feeding rate.
