乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗联合贞芪扶正颗粒治疗的临床分析

目的观察乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗患者联合贞芪扶正颗粒治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析84例乳腺癌保乳术后N1即淋巴结阳性1-3个行调强放疗的患者,其中43例仅行单纯放疗的为对照组,41例在放疗同时口服了贞芪扶正颗粒的为试验组;2组患者均行调强放疗,肿瘤临床靶区(CTV)为患侧乳腺及锁骨上区,剂量5040c Gy2/8次,瘤床区域剂量60Gy,评估患者生活质量,统计出现KPS评分增加、体重增加、乏力、食欲不振的患者例数,并统计放射反应:放射性食管炎、白细胞降低、血红蛋白降低的发生例数。结果放疗结束时试验组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者的放射性皮炎、白细胞降低、血红蛋白降低等副作用的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗过程中,口服贞芪扶正颗粒,可以明显改善患者生活质量,降低放疗副反应的发生。

Clinical Analysis on Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy Combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule in Breast Cancer after Breast Conserving Surgery

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with Zhenqi Fuzheng granule in breast cancer after breast conserving surgery. Methods A total of 84 patients underwent breast cancer breast conserving surgery after intensity-modulated radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 43 patients were treated with radiotherapy alone. 41 patients were treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng granules at the same time. Two groups were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy. The tumor target area(CTV) was the breast gland and supraclavicular area of the affected side. The dose was 5040 c Gy/28.Secondly, the dose in the tumor bed area was 60 Gy. The quality of life of the patients was evaluated, and the number of patients with increased KPS score, weight gain, fatigue and loss of appetite was counted, and the number of patients with radiation reaction:radioactive esophagitis, decreased leukocyte and decreased hemoglobin were counted. Results At the end of radiotherapy, the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of side effects such as radiation dermatitis, leukopenia and hemoglobin reduction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenqi Fuzheng granules can significantly improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of side effects in patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery.
