白虎清胃汤治疗口腔颌面部牙源性感染临床观察

目的探讨白虎清胃汤治疗口腔颌面部牙源性感染(OIOFR)疗效。方法选取2015年3月-2017年5月收治的120例口腔颌面部牙源性感染患者为研究对象,按照随机数表字法将所选对象分为对照组、观察组2组,每组各60例。对照组患者根据药敏试验采用抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合白虎清胃汤治疗,对比2组患者的临床效果并记录治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效为95.00%,明显高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05);对照组药物不良反应为13.33%,观察组为6.67%,2组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用白虎清胃汤联合西药治疗口腔颌面部牙源性感染,可提高治疗的临床效果,且安全性高。

Clinical Observation on Baihu Qingwei Decoction in the Treatment of Oral and Maxillofacial Odontogenic Infection

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Baihu Qingwei decoction on oral and maxillofacial odontogenic infection(OIOFR). Methods From March 2015 to May 2017, 120 patients with OIOFR were selected and divided into control group(n = 60)and observation group(n = 60). The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics according to the drug sensitivity test, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Baihu Qingwei decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment was recorded. Results The clinical effect of observation group was 95.5%, which was higher than 76.67% of the control group. The adverse drug reactions were 13.33% in the observation group and 6.67 % in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Baihu Qingwei decoction combined with western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of OIOFR.
