胶质瘤组织中let-7b,Anxa7表达水平变化及其与临床病理特征、预后的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨胶质瘤组织中微小RNA(miRNA)-let-7b和膜联蛋白7(Anxa7)的表达水平变化及其与临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法 收集本院2015年1月-2016年12月收治的98例胶质瘤患者的临床及病理资料,通过荧光实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术测量胶质瘤组织及其瘤旁组织中let-7b和Anxa7的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理特性及预后的关系。结果 胶质瘤组织中let-7b和Anxa7的表达水平均较瘤旁组织降低(P均<0.05); 胶质瘤组织中let-7b和Anxa7的表达水平与WHO病理分级和分化程度有关(P均<0.05); let-7b和Anxa7低表达组的3年总生存率较let-7b和Anxa7高表达组明显降低(P均<0.05); COX分析显示 let-7b和Anxa7低表达为胶质瘤患者生存预后的不利影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 胶质瘤组织中let-7b和Anxa7表达水平均降低,且二者均与WHO病理分级和分化程度有关,对患者的预后评估具有一定价值。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expression level changes of microRNA(miRNA)-let-7b and Annexin-7(Anxia-7)in glioma tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 98 patients with glioma admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected. The expression levels of let-7b and Anxa7 in glioma and its adjacent tissues were measured by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR), and the relationships between their expression levels and clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed.Results The expression levels of let-7b and Anxa7 in glioma tissues were both lower than those in adjacent tissues(all P<0.05).The expression levels of let-7b and Anxa7 in glioma tissues were related to WHO pathological grade and differentiation degree(all P<0.05).The 3-year overall survival rate of let-7b and Anxa7 low expression groups was lower than those of the high expression groups(all P<0.05).Cox analysis showed that the low expression levels of let-7b and Anxa7were the adverse factor for survival and prognosis of patients with glioma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of let-7b and Anxa7 were decreased in glioma tissues, and both were related to WHO pathological grade and differentiation degree, which had a certain value for the prognosis evaluation of patients.
