补阳还五汤联合早期认知康复训练治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合早期认知康复训练在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法急性脑梗死患者86例被随机分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗及常规康复指导,研究组在对照组基础上采用补阳还五汤治疗配合早期认知康复训练干预,干预8周。比较2组患者简易智能状态评分量表(MMSE)、神经功能缺损程度量表(SSS)、Bathel指数量表(BI)及诺丁汉健康调查问卷(NHP)。结果干预后2组患者MMSE、BI指数明显高于本组干预前,SSS明显低于本组干预前,且研究组MMSE、BI指数明显高于对照组,SSS明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究NHP各项疼痛、精力、情感、睡眠、社会、身体活动评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合早期认知康复训练有效改善急性脑梗死患者的认知功能,提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Early Cognitive Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decocti on combined with early cognitive rehabilitation training in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 43 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and conventional rehabilitation guidance,and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with early cognitive rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.Patients in the two groups were compared in the simple intelligent state score scale(MMSE),neurological impairment scale(SSS),Bathel index scale(BI)and Nottingham health questionnaire(NHP).Results After the intervention,the MMSE and BI indexes of patients in the two groups were significantly higher than that before the intervention in this group,and the SSS were significantly lower than that before the intervention in this group,and the MMSE and BI indexes in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the SSS were significantly lower than that in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of pain,energy,emotion,sleep,social and physical activities in the study were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with early cognitive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the quality of life.
